Autism Ontario

Autism Ontario (formerly Autism Society Ontario) is the province’s leading source of information and referral on autism and one of the largest collective voices representing the autism community. 

Autism Ontario needed a new website that could integrate a substantial amount of existing content and present it in a simplified, easy to navigate, user-friendly design. 

Digital Echidna partnered with citizen engagement strategist JMA Consulting and delivered a best in class experience using the Drupal 8 CMS on Acquia Cloud Platform with an additional custom CiviCRM installation. CiviCRM is supported within the Drupal 8 open-source platform to make for a one-stop hub that provides a powerful and cost-effective solution to power Autism Ontario memberships, fund development, event registrations, newsletters, communications, and donations.

This site’s design and navigation were crafted with simplicity in mind, to allow visitors to find key information and resources through efficient, intuitive user experience.
